Although we are unable to accept returned plants and trees, our 30-Day Plant Health Guarantee covers any issues with your plants within the first 30 days. This helps us keep all of our plants healthy and allows us to protect the plants and trees at our nursery from any pests or diseases a plant may have come into contact with after it leaves our property.

If you have an issue with your plant or tree, please email a photo of the item along with your order number to at [email protected] as soon as possible so we can provide expert assistance and arrange a replacement if necessary. Rather than send your plant back, we encourage you to make the world a little greener – find a spot to plant it, compost it, or share it with a friend!
